Lightweight two-piece GRP door set for the Opel Astra G. The doors are suitable for dedicated lightweight builds, track-day and motorsport vehicles. Matching Makrolon windows are available on request.

Safety and vehicle construction
For the safe use of GRP doors, a roll cage with effective side-impact protection is required. Its design must suit the vehicle construction and intended use.
Installation and finish
The doors are supplied unpainted. Mounting points, fittings and the window arrangement must be built to suit the vehicle. Before painting, allow for trial installation and professional fitting and surface preparation.
Swiss certification and registration
The material used has been tested by DTC. The product is supplied with Swiss certification and is intended for registration for road use in Switzerland. The final assessment is made by the competent testing authority.
Production and delivery time
The component is sourced to order. The usual production and delivery time is approximately 5–6 weeks.
